The MONO Tempranillo has been lovingly created from 25-year-old vines with lots of soft black fruit a breeze of warming spices. The Barreda family have been winemakers in Corral de Almaguer since the 18th Century! and it shows with this wonderful Tempranillo!
This is a fun wine to drink whilst listening to music – the name resonates with the idea of listening to music which has been recorded on a single channel, so you hear the same sound in both ears.
Easy drinking soft black spicy fruit, full and intense.
Drinks well with red meat and mature cheese.
