Doral is cross of Chardonnay and Chasselas grapes, giving extra body while retaining minerality. Orange wines occur through fermentation on the skins. The wine is natural, with very low levels of sulphites, and is matured on the lees for more depth. A very exciting and unusual Swiss wine.
