From the husband and wife team behind the Cross Stream Distillery in Marlow comes their London Dry Gin. It packs a good punch of citrus, a strong backbone of juniper and a subtle hint of spice making for an incredibly smooth gin with a long finish.
Each bottle is hand filled, wax sealed, labelled and numbered with a unique bottle and batch number. All of their gins are distilled over open flame, in small batches of no more than 40 bottles.
It’s a great expression of a classic London Dry style gin and is served perfectly over ice, with a premium Indian Tonic water and a slice of Pink Grapefruit.
