Well-balanced on the mouth, lively and fresh with greengage, pear, citrus fruit, a hint of brioche and lovely minerality. Spicy and long finish. Lovely Champagne for all occasions. 60% Pinot Meunier, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir. Aged for 2 years.
