A delightful and unusual expression of Gamay from Beaujolais' only female wine maker, Celia Matray.
The base wine is fermented dry from declassified Julienas Cru grapes to produce a crunchy red fruit style which goes through a traditional second fermentation to make this dry fizzy red. Brilliant with cheese and charcuterie or for a seasonal aperitif at Christmas and New Year.
