A very interesting and unusual barrel aged white wine from Bodega Carrau Uruguay.
This Petit Manseng has intense gold colour with yellow tinges. Full bodied with complex flavours of citrus fruits and some sweet herbal notes with toasted honey notes. Slightly off-dry, long and complex on the palate, with refreshing acidity.
Drinks well with grilled seafood, white meat, thai curry.
