A dry, aromatic and refreshing white wine made from 100% Muscat a Petits Grains. It is recognised as one of the most subtle and elegant dry Muscats in the region. It has subtle aromas of elderflowers and grapefruit. The palate is of citrus fruits with nice density and above all a very smooth texture.
Pairs well with grilled fish such as monkfish, sea bass, cod or sea bream. Its naturalness enhances light cooking with cooked or raw vegetables: steamed dishes and vegetarian dishes.
