Excellent mid range, well-priced Gavi di Gavi. 40 year old vines on a South facing slope 260 metres above sea level. Handpicking and gentle vinification make for a fabulous example. The wine has a richness that is lacking in many Gavi wines, yet retains a lovely fresh, long finish.
An ideal pairing for delicate seafood, grilled fish, creamy pasta, risotto, and light poultry dishes.
