English Sparkling wine from a tiny 3 acre site in Burnham Beeches, Buckinghamshire. Feona Peterson, the owner, won Bronze in the UK National Tasting recently and Gold in the Regionals.
Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir are used to make this dry, English Orchard fruit filled wine.
Ideal pairings include creamy, soft cheeses, freshly shucked oysters, smoked salmon, seafood risottos, and roasted chicken. The wine’s crisp nature also cuts through rich foods like tempura or mushroom dishes.
