This organic, hand-picked, Tuscan red wine spends 40 months in oak barrels. Only 900 bottles produced per annum.
Ruby red colour with garnet reflections. On the nose, it is intense, with cherry and blackberry to the fore. Then follow the spicy notes of the clove. On the palate, it is soft, with a full body and good tannins. Balanced and persistent.
Pairs exceptionally well with rich, savoury Tuscan dishes, grilled red meats (lamb, beef), and matured cheeses. Its structure also makes it a strong match for hearty tomato-based pasta dishes, game, and charcuterie.
