A super fresh and crunchy style of Zweigelt from talented young winemaker Ralph Waldschutz. The secret to this wine is the location, the Schafberg, which has a wider diurnal range than his other vineyards due to its proximity to a nearby woods.
Ideal for pairing with roasted chicken, pork skewers, or cured meats. Its cherry notes and smooth tannins complement tomato-based pastas, pizza, and mild cheeses. It is also versatile enough to pair with salmon.
