Fresh, crisp, aromatic and fruity. The Muscadelle lends an off-dry finish which we find very appealing. However, if you're looking for the freshness of Entre-Deux Mers, then we'd better find you something else!
Lovely aperitif throughout the year. Serve with Asiatic/World cuisine, fish with sauce, chicken or even a game bird (e.g. duck).
Best paired with fresh seafood, goat cheese, or citrus-driven dishes. Its high acidity complements creamy pasta, roasted poultry, and fresh summer salads.
