High altitude, dry farmed, 100% Vilana. Wines matured in a mixture of Acacia, French Oak and Caucasian Oak barrels. This lends a lovely rounded texture and subtle oakiness combined with bright acidity and ripe fruit with a tingling mineral core.
Pair with fish and seafood, as well as meat with white sauces or greens, like goat with spiny chicory or hare with vine shoots.
