Fermented 100% in stainless steel. Controlled fermentation at 12-15°C. Left on light lees for 3 months to build body. No finings used but crossflow-filtered before bottling.
An elegant and lifted floral nose with notes of honeysuckle. White peach and pear notes are complemented by a refreshing dry finish.
Works well with pork, creamy pasta dishes and soft cheese. Also a wonderful partner for Asian cuisine.
