This is a unique grape from Switzerland created by crossing the native Swiss Chasselas with Chardonnay. A very aromatic white wine with tropical aromas of guava, papaya and lychee with white flowers.
Drink with Thai food, fish, risotto and medium fat soft cheeses e.g. Camembert/Chaource/Delices de Bourgogne.
