Following a trip to Chablis in 2005, we selected Jean-François Bordet's fabulous Chablis and have been using his wines ever since.
A highly rated, unoaked Chardonnay offering a crisp, mineral-driven experience typical of the region. It features vibrant notes of lemon, green apple and white peach and has a long saline finish. Jean-Francois lays his stainless-steel tanks horizontally to allow enhanced contact with the lees, giving a richer, more aromatic wine.
An ideal pairing for seafood, poultry and hard white and goat’s cheeses.
