Dry orange wine. Macerated on skins for 24 hours and aged in the presence of oxygen.
Fascinating and unique wine with aromas of marmalade, rose petals and sherry. Although having no sugar, the wine appears to have some honeyed sweetness.
Serve slightly chilled to accompany salty foods such as aged cheeses, olives, anchovies and charcuterie.
It also works well as a refreshing long drink mixed with tonic or lemonade.
