Once again, Frey-Sohler have exemplified the Alsace region with this sweet, aromatic and intense Gewurztraminer. A complex nose marked by flowery notes, most noticeably roses, is followed by a forceful, rounded body with subtle peach flower flavours.
An aromatic, rich, and likely slightly sweet Alsatian white wine, best paired with spicy Asian dishes (Thai, Vietnamese), pungent cheeses (Munster), foie gras, or smoked fish. Its notes of lychee, honey, and exotic spices complement fruity desserts, caramelized pork, or dishes with coconut milk and ginger.
