This wine is light golden in colour with lifted aromas of orchard fruits, citrus peel, and thatch. The palate is densely flavoured yet elegant with apricot, wild honey and lemon rind combine with a oatmeal-like roundness. The persistent finish is given tension by a crunchy apple-skin texture and a wonderful tension.
Excellent with seafood dishes such as grilled fish or scallops, as well as poultry and pork. Its acidity and complexity also make it a great match for creamy sauces and spicy dishes.
