This is 100% fruit from Beaujolais which is elegantly oaked in 2nd/3rd and 4th fill barrels. It's rich, warm, fruity, and tongue tingling.
Similar in style to wines of the Maconnais which it's in close proximity to.
Hors d'oeuvres, mild cheeses or poultry dishes. Ideal pairings for this wine include seabass, shellfish and creamy cheeses.
