Pairing Traditional vegetable "cardo gobbo" from Nizza Monferrato, anchovies, white meat, chicken wings and legs, dark fowl, iver, pulled pork, curry-based meats, grilled asparagus and carciofi, hare, cod and mashed potatoes, mackerel.
